Livermore Farm combines rustic charm with contemporary facilities in its 3 en-suite rooms.  Located on the edge of the village of Aylesbeare only 20 minutes from the centre of Exeter, the 17th century farmhouse is set in 15 acres of pasture, which supports sports horses, sheep and chickens. The 20 acres behind the house are also used for sheep by the local farmer and in the spring you will see and hear the lambs enjoying themselves.

The house offers traditional Farmhouse accommodation, a warm friendly atmosphere, quality accommodation with en-suite bathrooms and an AGA cooked breakfast  using locally sourced produce including eggs from the farms own hens.

There are many attractions close by including vineyards and cider tasting, steam railways, the Grand Western canal, Wimbleball Lake and the DevonDorset Heritage coast .Exmoor and Dartmoor are both close by, with their wild horses and rugged terrain to explore. Pony trekking is easy to organise and walking trails abound.Please note that the hotel is non-smoking throughout.

Lustleigh is a picturesque village in the Dartmoor National Park with thatched cottages clustered around the Church, Village Green and 15th Century Pub. There are many lovely walks on the Moor and around the village itself; other well known beauty spots are only a short car journey away.

The Old Bakery was built in Victorian times in the garden of the Millhouse. It provided bread for the parish of Lustleigh until after the First World War. Careful and tasteful renovation has produced light and spacious one-bedroom accommodation, ideal for two persons. The old original oven has been retained as a feature of the sitting room. There is central heating throughout and a wood-burning stove in the sitting-room.

It is only 11 miles from the county capital Exeter and therfore an ideal alternative place to stay for business travellers. Lyme Bay House is within a few minutes walking distance to beaches, shops, lawns and gardens, the mainline railway station and other amenities. There are a number of interconnecting and family rooms making the hotel ideal for those travelling with youngsters. Welcome to Mill Farm we are situated just south of Exeter, 6 miles on the Powderham estate between Exeter and Dawlish. We are surrounded by green fields, rolling Devon hills and meandering waterways.  Mill Farm is easy to find!!  We offer very comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation with five en-suite bedrooms.  We also offer excellent FREE parking and  easy access to local pubs and restaurants.  Although we are on a very regular bus service we recommend you come by car.
